We celebrate the unexpected in the craft of whisky – and our latest proof of that is the rare Sweet Toast casks. These casks bring a bright color and light, sweet-toasted notes. To balance the sweetness, we've blended them with whisky aged in Sauternes casks, creating a unique flavor profile with clear expressions of both the sweet and the toasted. Notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, pineapple, mango, and mandarin zest, accompanied by roasted nuts reminiscent of orange chocolate and marzipan.
Pronounced tannins and a touch of smokiness give the whisky structure and evoke the image of a box of the finest cigars from Havana. The finish is long and flavorful, with hints of ripe sweet-and-sour fruit, toasted bread, chocolate, and leather.
